After the IBCM publications committee has approved your manuscript, you may submit a four-page paper (plus one additional page allowed for acknowledgments and references), whether contributed or invited, for publication in IEEE Magnetics Letters (IML). If you are giving an invited talk, your article should not be a review; rather, it should contain mostly new results, as is appropriate for a letters journal. Several weeks later, it will appear as fully edited and typeset. Each paper will have its own article number and its own dates of submission and publication. IML is known for providing authors with prompt, helpful reviews. There is no charge for publication.
