Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia
In period of beauty gold autumn from October 2014 up to the beginning of winter – December 2014 I had internship at the Magnetism department of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and at the Low-temperature physics department of A. M. Prokhorov General Physics Institute.
My tutor in MSU was Prof. Nikolai Perov, with whom I had a possibility to learn and talk about some aspects in basic physics and physics of magnetism during this short period.
In A.M. Prokhorov Institute, I studied electron transport properties of micro- and nanostructures by under the guidance of Dr. Alexey Bozhko. I learned how to work with equipment to measure resistance by 4-probe method, to measure Hall Effect and how prepare the samples for the measurements.
Many results were received during my staying and, of course, so much experience was taken in new areas of physics.
